Children’s Faith Formation

This ministry serves baptized children from first to sixth grades. Catechists (teacher volunteers) incorporate in their lessons: personal faith experiences, events of the Liturgical Year, important people of faith, prayer, and church doctrine. They use resources and do group dynamics to make it a more fun and enriching environment. The mission of the program is to strengthen the relationship between students, Jesus, and the community. Classes take place weekly October through May in the parish school classrooms. Classes are after school Monday and Tuesday.

*For children in 3rd to 8th grade that are not baptized, please contact the CFF Office to co-enroll with RCIA.

For the toddlers, there is a for students’ ages 3 to 5 (or in Kindergarten). They must be toilet trained to be enrolled. The basis of this program is to introduce stories of the Bible along with prayer to the young ones in a fun filled environment. Every class they enjoy doing hands on activities and eating snack together. Classes are twice a month, during the 9:30am Eucharist in room Noah on the plaza.
