Dear St. Angela Merici Family and Friends,

As followers of Christ, we are called to be beacons of hope, defending the sacred gift of life and walking hand-in-hand with those who need us most. We are blessed to join our entire diocese for the 32nd annual Walking With Moms in Need collection (formerly known as Pennies from Heaven). This vital initiative allows us to wrap our local families experiencing unexpected pregnancies in Christ’s unconditional love and compassionate support.

Your generous financial contributions provide both immediate assistance and long-term care through wonderful life-affirming organizations across Orange County. Last year, our collective diocesan community raised an incredible $190,557.92! Let us open our hearts once again to support organizations providing crucial resources, such as Casa Teresa, Horizon Pregnancy Clinic, La Habra Life Center, Life Center of Santa Ana, Mary’s Path, Obria Medical Clinics, Precious Life Shelter, and the Vietnamese Pregnancy Hotline.

How You Can Participate

• Pick Up a Bottle: Grab a collection bottle on your way out of Mass.
• Fill It with Love: Fill the bottle with your monetary donation throughout the week and bring it back next weekend.
• Parish Office Drop-Off: If you miss our collection dates on October 3 and 4, you are welcome to drop your donation bottle off at the parish office anytime during our regular operating hours.
