What is PALS?

PALS is more than just a weekly meeting; it is a dedicated space for Catholic women to grow together. The name itself reflects the four pillars of the group’s mission:

• Prayer
• Adoration
• Learning
• Sharing

Whether you are looking to strengthen your prayer life or simply want to share your faith journey with others who understand, PALS provides a welcoming environment to explore the beauty and truth of our Catholic faith.

What to Expect

Each session is designed to inspire wonder. We gather to hear from recognized Catholic speakers who bring fresh insights into our traditions and teachings. Following the presentations, we break into small groups—a perfect time to share reflections, ask questions, and build genuine relationships with sisters in Christ.
