Who is St. Peregrine?

Known globally as the Patron Saint of cancer patients, St. Peregrine Laziosi’s own story is one of miraculous healing. After being diagnosed with a cancerous growth in his leg that required amputation, he spent the night before the surgery in deep prayer. Legend tells that he received a vision of Christ touching his leg; by morning, the cancer had completely disappeared.

Today, he is a beacon of hope not only for those fighting illness but also for youth at risk, serving as a reminder that transformation and healing are always possible.

“St. Peregrine, Patron of cancer patients, and hope for youth at risk, Pray for us!”
