🎓 Congratulations and Gratitude: Honoring Mr. Juan Esqueda

It is with deep joy and immense gratitude that our students, staff, and parents recently came together to celebrate a true pillar of our school. We are celebrating the well-deserved retirement of our dedicated school custodian, Mr. Juan Esqueda.

Mr. Esqueda has been a familiar, friendly, and hardworking presence on our campus, serving the St. Angela Merici school community for an incredible 45 years! In a beautiful photo captured from the celebration, Mr. Esqueda can be seen surrounded by a sea of smiling students in their red and blue uniforms, a testament to the countless lives he has touched over his four and a half decades of service.

Thank you, Mr. Esqueda, for everything you have done for our school. We wish you a joyful and relaxing retirement!

🌟 SAM Spotlight: May 2026 Disciples of the Month

Along with celebrating our dedicated staff, we are thrilled to announce our May Disciples of the Month!

This special award is given to one student from each grade who perfectly exemplifies the SAM school-wide learning expectations for the third trimester. This trimester, the focus is on how Students Model Effective Communication.

Our May Disciples of the Month earned their medals by mastering the following skills:

• Articulating ideas clearly
• Listening actively
• Expressing opinions respectfully
