As we journey through this Lenten season, several of our local parishes are offering additional opportunities for reflection, repentance, and prayer. Whether you are looking for extra confession times or want to participate in the Stations of the Cross, here is a guide to the services happening in our area.
Expanded Confession Schedules
Many of our neighboring parishes have added “extra times” to their regular schedules to ensure everyone has the opportunity for the Sacrament of Reconciliation before Easter.
- St. Angela Merici
- Saturdays: 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM
- Fridays (Lent extra): After 6:00 PM Mass
- St. Martin de Porres (Yorba Linda)
- Tuesdays: 7:15 PM
- Saturdays: 8:45 AM
- Daily (Lent extra): After 8:00 AM Masses
- San Antonio de Padua (Anaheim Hills)
- Saturdays: 3:30 PM
- Saturdays (Lent extra): 9:00 AM
Stations of the Cross
The Stations of the Cross offer a powerful way to walk the path of Jesus’ passion. Join the community on March 27 for these special services:
- 6:30 PM: English (Hosted by Youth Ministry)
- 7:30 PM: Spanish / Español
Area Penance Service
In addition to individual confessions, a communal Penance Service will be held at St. Mary’s in Fullerton. This is a beautiful way to seek forgiveness alongside our brothers and sisters in faith.
