Embarking on a spiritual journey is a deeply personal and meaningful experience. Whether you are exploring the Catholic faith for the first time or looking to complete your spiritual foundation, our community is here to welcome you. We are excited to share more about our OCIA program, a beautiful pathway of faith, fellowship, and growth.

What is OCIA?

OCIA is an engaging and supportive program designed specifically for adults and older children who wish to:

Become members of the Catholic Church.
Complete their Sacraments of Initiation (specifically First Communion and Confirmation).

The OCIA journey involves many moving parts. Through open discussions, sacred rituals, dismissals, and the practice of Breaking Open the Word, participants are warmly guided toward becoming fully initiated members of the Church.

Volunteer Spotlight: Become a Dismissal Leader

A program as impactful as OCIA relies heavily on the dedication, support, and guidance of our amazing parish volunteers.

Do you enjoy reflecting on Scripture? We are currently seeking Dismissal Leaders to join our ministry!

The Role: You will facilitate Breaking Open the Word for OCIA participants immediately following the homily at the 9:30 AM Mass.
Requirements: Adult volunteers stepping into this role must be practicing Catholics who are fully initiated (having received the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist).
